  • APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT

    Please complete with as much accuracy and detail as possible. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. All responses will be subject to verification. Please be prepared to upload your resume as you will not be able to submit the application without attaching it.  Educator licenses, if applicable may also be uploaded. 

  • Arizona Background Checks

    All applicants must apply for the appropriate fingerprint clearance card for the position they are seeking prior to being scheduled for an interview. Your application will not be considered without uploading either (a) a copy of the card OR (b) proof of application at the end of this application.
  • New Mexico Background Checks

    Any offers of employment will be pending results of an FBI fingerprint background check to be completed for the school. The fee ($59) will be paid by the school and instructions will be provided upon a pending offer.
  • Nevada Background Checks

    Candidates who are licensed with the Nevada Department of Education already have been cleared for employment. However, any offers of employment for unlicensed staff will be pending results of an FBI fingerprint background check. Instructions will be provided upon a pending offer.
  • Teacher and Administrator Applicants:

    In order to be selected for an interview, potential teachers (and administrators) must have, or be able to obtain, a current state teaching license for the position. Your application will not be considered without uploading one of the following at the end of this application: (a) evidence of an appropriate teaching license, (b) evidence of applying for same, or (c) a statement regarding your plan to obtain licensure to include type of license, endorsement, and expected date of issuance. The plan may include Alternative Licensure pathways and/or waivers to teach outside of licensed/endorsed areas.
  • Education Assistant / Tutor Applicants

    In ARIZONA and NEVADA, ParaPro licensure is not required but is preferred. In NEW MEXICO, candidates for Education Asst/Tutor and Educator Fellows who are not yet licensed must apply for NMPED licensure within 10 days of the date of the offer letter. The application must be submitted for both Education Assistant and Substitute licenses. The applicant must pay the application fee ($50) and an additional background check for NMPED ($59).

    Please list the colleges or universities you have attended and the highest education you have received List them in order, beginning with the most recent. Additional education may be provided in your resume.
